Biography
Mr. Swanson has worked in private practice from 1997 through the present and is Board-certified in Administrative Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Prior to co-founding Stone Loughlin & Swanson, LLP in 2004, Mr. Swanson was Assistant General Counsel of the Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission from 1995 to 1997, and served as Hearing Officer for the Texas Employment Commission from 1993 to 1995. He was Lead Legal Counsel for the Pasco County, Florida Sheriff’s office from 1990 to 1993, Assistant General Counsel to the Florida Department of Business Regulation from 1988 to 1990, and Staff Attorney at the Florida Department of Professional Regulation from 1987 to 1988.
