Biography

Mr. Walker is Board-certified in Administrative Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  Prior to joining Stone Loughlin & Swanson, LLP, Mr. Walker was Chief of the Administrative Law Division from 2000 to 2005 while serving as Texas Assistant Attorney General from 1989 to 2005.  He was a Hearing Examiner and Staff Attorney for the Texas Department of Water Resources from 1975 to 1981,  worked in Private Practice from 1981 to 1983, and was Hearing Examiner and Staff Attorney for the Railroad Commission of Texas from 1983 to 1989.  Mr. Walker has an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards.
