Biography
Mr. Greenlaw joined Stone Loughlin & Swanson in 2015 and has since defended insurance carriers in hundreds of Contested Case Hearings. Mr. Greenlaw was previously an Administrative Law Judge for the Texas Department of Insurance’s Division of Workers Compensation from 2007 to 2015 and a Hearing Officer with the Texas Workforce Commission from 2004 to 2007. He became a partner at Stone Loughlin & Swanson in January 2026.
